Adedamola Ososanya

Co-founder and Executive Director

Adedamola Ososanya is the co-founder and Executive Director at Here to Help Nigeria. As Executive Director, she leads a team of volunteers in shaping the NGO's strategies, overseeing diverse programs, including pioneering Nigeria’s first comprehensive domestic worker certification course. Adedamola's multifaceted interests are evident through her impactful speaking engagements, committee memberships, and leadership roles, showcasing her commitment to social causes and community.

Beyond her role at Here to Help, Adedamola Ososanya is a driven professional with a BSc. in Marketing Management and Retailing from Loughborough University. With a background in finance encompassing roles in top-tier institutions, Adedamola excels in relationship management and strategy development.

Every member of the Here to Help Nigeria team brings a unique set of skills and individualism that makes the charity what it is. Committed to creating a safer working environment for both employers and employees within the domestic services industry, the team ensures the smooth running of the day to day operations of the charity and collaborates to develop new initiatives.

Programs Director:
Oluwakemi Agbato

Oluwakemi Agbato is a multidisciplinary designer working in Lagos, Nigeria. She is passionate about women's rights and development. As the coordinator of the Here to Help Agency Certification Programme, she oversees the development and execution of Here to Help's goal of ensuring all domestic workers are registered and adequately screened.

Chief Admin Officer:
Cathryn Ortswen

Cathryn A. Ortswen is a Lawyer, Realtor and women’s right advocate, who is very passionate about supporting human rights causes and impacting lives, having lived in Nigeria her whole life her activism is centred around empowering Nigerian women and helping the less privileged.

Outside of work Cathryn enjoys cooking, Binge watching reality Tv shows and reading books.
