Our mission at HERE TO HELP Nigeria is to change the narrative around the domestic services industry in Nigeria. Our key goal is to formalize the domestic services industry in Nigeria as a recognisable means of employment. We do this in three steps:

Awareness: We raise awareness on the consequences of an unregulated domestic services industry for employers and employees, through campaigns and outreach programs

Certification: Our certification program for domestic workers provides a systematic way of identifying properly trained domestic workers for agencies and employers while upskilling domestic workers and equipping them with the skills required to succeed in the industry

Collaboration: We collaborate with agencies and like-minded organizations who seek to create a fair working environment for domestic workers.
